All requests made under this guarantee must be made within 30 days.
I must be notified in writing and be allowed to solve the problem in the house within a reasonable amount of time.
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee material, if a material defect is discovered after the materials are installed; I will direct you to the manufacture for warranty claims.
If any fitments such as televisions, mirrors, units etc., come loose from the wall while under warranty and the cause to the fitments coming loose is found to be defective plasterwork, misuse or similar our warranty will not apply and costs incurred will be charged out at normal rates.
