1. Can you cut hole in to existing double glazed glass?
NO! Because insulated glass is a sealed unit, you cannot cut it.
Instead, you must replace it with new unit pri-cut hole with exact dimensions of the original one this includes type of the glass thickness as well as the length and width.
2. How long would manufacture of double glazed unit with pre-cut hole for cat flap installation take?
You need a circular hole in the glass for a single glass window. Your local glazier can easily complete this job.
Our cat flap fitters can help you with the installation process when this pre-work is already done.
3. Do you supply the cat flap ?
No, you must have the item ready to be installed.
4. Can my door be repaired if I decide to remove my cat flap?
Unfortunately not, your door should be replaced
5. Do you offer dog flap fitting?
Yes, If you have already bought your new dog flap, we can precisely cut a hole in your wooden or PVC door and complete the installation.
